Hike leaders Kyla Zaret and Scottie Holland will guide us along the Clackamas River Trail, which includes beautiful spring flowers (including the endemic Clackamas Iris), breeding amphibians, and a recovering burn. We will not be hiking the entire length of the trail. This hike is flat, relaxed, and family friendly.

Carpools leave from the Hollywood Trader Joe’s, 4121 NE Halsey, (across the street from the Hollywood Transit Center, near the I-84 exit 2) in Portland at 9am sharp. If you are able to drive, we greatly appreciate your contribution to helping make a successful hike. If you are looking for a ride, please come prepared to reimburse your driver.  If you would like to arrange a meet-up closer to the forest, please let us know by giving us a call at our number below.

Bring a lunch, water, and anything else you'll need to stay comfortable in the forest. To protect off-trail resources, we ask you to leave your dog at home.

Call Bark at 503-331-0374 for more details and information.

If you are willing to drive in our carpool, please review Bark's Driver Safety Expectations before coming.
