Dog River Hike
Bark is hitting the trail! Come join us on a hike on the Dog River trail on Mt Hood National Forest. We will discuss forest ecology, the importance of protecting public watersheds, the implications of HR655, and just enjoy spending some time in the woods together.
The trail is 7.5 miles out and back and rated as moderate. We may not do all 7.5 miles, depending on group pace and time spent discussing the landscape around us. Meet at the trailhead at 10am and we will aim to be back to our cars by 4pm.
Bark’s Forest Watch Program Manager Jordan will be leading this hike. Please email him with any questions or concerns! (jordan@bark-out.org)
Carpooling from Portland is available!
